Come spend time in Denver with teens from Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, southern Illinois, Iowa and Wyoming at MV's 4 day long event for 9th-12th graders. It will include all the Winter Chavurah favorites: Shabbat, SLIID vs Western basketball game, Asefah, Senior lunch/dinner, learning, socials and a lot of fun with old and new friends.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 9 to 12.
Meals included in the cost of the event.
Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.

If you are flying from St. Louis, register and pay for flights at http://bit.ly/uhpay. You will be booked for the following:
Friday, January 17th: SW #1529 Leaving STL at 8:55am and landing in DEN at 10:25am
Monday, January 20th: SW #389 Leaving DEN at 4:05pm and landing in STL at 7:00pm
If you are flying from a different city, please plan on landing in DEN on Friday, January 17th by 2 pm and leaving on Monday, January 20th after 2:30 pm. Please reach out to Beth (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any travel questons.
If you are flying (and your youth group did not purchase your ticket), you may be eligible for travel reimbursement. The Travel Reimbursement Form must be completed by Thursday, January 2nd. Tickets costing up to $199 are eligible for $25 and tickets costing $200 or more are eligible for $50.
If you are not flying, please plan to arrive at Temple Sinai on Friday, January 17th around 4:30 pm. The event will end on Monday, January 20th by noon.
Participants will receive an email the week before the event that will a packing list and other important information regarding the event.
If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:
Through December 19, 2019 – 90% of the registration fees paid
Through December 26, 2019 – 75% of the registration fees paid
Through January 2, 2020 – 50% of the registration fees paid
After January 2, 2020 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after January 3, 2020 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid. Please note that we cannot offer credits in exchange of refunds.
All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to email@example.com. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
The NFTY-MV Scholarship Application is due by Wednesday, November 20th. All who apply will receive information about the scholarship amount on or before Wednesday, November 26th. Please wait to register until after you receive an email confirming the scholarship. The amount will have been placed into your registration account so you will be charged the event fee less the amount of the scholarship. When you register, it looks like you will be charged the total amount, but the NFTY Registrar process each payment by hand and only charges your credit card the amount less the scholarship submitted by NFTY-MV. You will receive another confirmation email when your card is charged with a link to your account to check the amount. This may take up to 5 business days after you register for the event. If you register before you recieve and email confirming the scholarship, you may not receive a refund until after the event.
