The weekend is a wonderful opportunity for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Reform Jewish youth in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, southern Illinois, Iowa and Wyoming to join together for a weekend of fun and learning. We will spend the weekend celebrating Shabbat, participating in fun programs and making new friends.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 6 to 8.
Meals included in the cost of the event.
Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.
All fees are in US Dollars
Every CO participant is repsonsible for booking their own flights. The Denver/Boulder synagogue staff will be on these flights:
Friday, February 28th: SW #1316 Leaving DEN at 9:40am and landing at MCI at 12:15pm
Sunday, March 1st: SW #5050 Leaving MCI at 3:45pm and landing in DEN at 4:35pm
If you are flying from a different city, please reach out to Beth (email@example.com) to coordinate travel plans.
If you are flying (and your youth group did not purchase your ticket), you may be eligible for travel reimbursement. The Travel Reimbursement Form must be completed by Thursday, February 13th. Tickets costing up to $199 are eligible for $25 and tickets costing $200 or more are eligible for $50.
If you are not flying, please plan to arrive at Three Trails Camp on Friday, February 28th around 4:00 pm. The event will end on Sunday, March 1st by 11:30.
Participants will receive an email the week before the event that will a packing list and other important information regarding the event.
If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:
Through January 30, 2020 – 90% of the registration fees paid
Through February 6, 2020 – 75% of the registration fees paid
Through February 13, 2020 – 50% of the registration fees paid
After Feburary 13, 2020 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after February 13, 2020 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid. Please note that we cannot offer credits in exchange of refunds.
All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
The NFTY-MV Scholarship Application is due by Monday, January 6th. All who apply will receive information about the scholarship amount on or before Friday, January 10th. Please wait to register until after you receive an email confirming the scholarship. The amount will have been placed into your registration account so you will be charged the event fee less the amount of the scholarship. When you register, it looks like you will be charged the total amount, but the NFTY Registrar process each payment by hand and only charges your credit card the amount less the scholarship submitted by NFTY-MV. You will receive another confirmation email when your card is charged with a link to your account to check the amount. This may take up to 5 business days after you register for the event. If you register before you recieve and email confirming the scholarship, you may not receive a refund until after the event.
